Regent's International College

Introduction

Regent’s International College (RIC) is a further education college in Bangkok, Thailand offering students a range of different pathways to obtaining a UK Bachelor’s degree. The UK attracts thousands of students to its universities each year, providing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in a variety of subject areas.

Regent’s International College is the registered centre in Thailand for the University of London’s International Programmes, offering four BSc degrees in the field of Economics, Management, Finance and Social Studies (EMFSS) with all academic direction provided by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE):

  • BSc (Hons) Business and Management
  • BSc (Hons) Economics and Management

For those students not meeting the academic requirements needed for the University of London (UOL) Bachelor’s degree courses, we also offer the requisite International Foundation Programme. This programme equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to embark on the demanding UOL undergraduate degrees offered at RIC. The IFP has been designed to ensure the student achieves high academic standards, learns appropriate subject knowledge and acquires both the skills and intellectual curiosity necessary for rigorous degree-level study.

Regent’s International College is also the first institute in Thailand to be approved by Edexcel, the UK’s largest awarding body to offer the BTEC (Business and Technical Education Council) qualifications. BTEC courses are currently offered in:

  • Business Studies
  • Hospitality Management

Regent’s International College offers a ‘2+1 UK Degree programme’. On completion of the BTEC HND at RIC, students can progress onto the final year of an undergraduate degree course at a UK university or the third year of a degree course at any other international university accepting the HND.
