Introduction

The business administration degree at Stephens College provides a broad-based view of business that prepares women to maximize their potential and become visionary leaders.

Through hands-on business administration courses and experiences, you’ll learn and apply knowledge in real scenarios — and gain market-ready skills that employers love. Leadership, communication, and professional skills are emphasized across the curriculum, which prepares you to be effective and impressive in any job you choose. It's that edge that others describe as polish and that we know as the practiced confidence that comes with honing your skills among supportive faculty, peers, and alumnae.

This program has evolved with the times and provides extensive flexibility because we know that innovative business leaders need to layer many interests on top of a solid, foundational core.

With five concentrations — ranging from esports to entrepreneurship — and 35 elective hours, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Stephens can be tailored to your individual interests. Take advantage of online business courses and pursue the aspects of business that most interest you.
