Undergraduate Studies in Historic Preservation in France

A bachelor’s degree is a post-secondary degree awarded after completed 120 credits. It usually takes eight semesters to complete a Bachelor’s degree. While completing an undergraduate course, candidates have to study general courses and chose a major specific subject. A Bachelor’s degree can also be called a baccalaureate in certain countries.

The field of historic preservation teaches students the skills necessary for working in fields related to historical conservation and restoration. Courses may concentrate on the different periods of history, as well as research and theory.

France is currently among the 20 best performing countries in terms of the economy due to their excellent results-oriented higher education learning. Most of the courses at universities are offered in the French language. France has 60 public and 100 private universities.
