Mechatronics focuses on the convergence of mechanical, electrical, and computer controls in complex systems and automation. The BAS-META builds upon associate degree coursework by adding additional engineering math and physics, as well as hands-on work with cutting edge industrial technology and practices such as IIOT, Digital Twins, Sustainable Manufacturing, and Data Analytics.
