This country has implemented a law that mandates all students attending university education to apply to the government to allow them achieve their academic dreams. This has improved the higher level education in this country making it one of the best countries offering international courses in the South America continent. Since there are several universities such as the International Bureau of language which offer language courses, language barrier is not a gigantic challenge to students willing to pursue international careers in Argentina.
