Due to Coronavirus pandemic, HAMK has made it possible for new students to start their studies in the autumn as online studies from their home countries and arrive to Finland for on campus studies in January 2021. In addition, it is possible to pay the tuition fee in three installments.
HAMK offers an extensive Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in the field of ICT – working on practical technology with a touch of contemporary business.
The scope of the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications, is 210 credits, and it is completed in 3.5 years.
3.5-year degree programme
The core competence studies in Computer applications cover a wide range of topics in programming. You will learn programming languages and techniques most commonly used today. Studies include also e.g. user interface design, operating systems, web development, databases, cloud operations, software robotics, business and innovation, probability and statistics. After this, you will select studies according to your own interests and focus e.g. on augmented reality, artificial intelligence or big data. It will also be possible to select profiling studies from other degree programmes.
