Introduction
This Bachelor "Human Resources Officer" is a certified level 6 title, registered with the RNCP since 2004 (RNCP directory file n ° 2326) (equivalent to Pro HR License), it is intended particularly for all those who wish to occupy quickly operational and versatile positions in all areas of Human Resources: Recruitment, internal mobility, payroll, training, employment law, etc.
Choose the most dispensed Bachelor in France and abroad!
Intended for students with a BAC + 2 in all fields, this course will be your key to integrating HR: it covers all of the HR fundamentals and develops in depth all areas of HR skills.
You will benefit from a completely new form of teaching : immersed in complete immersion within the KENED virtual company, you will experience the reality of an HR manager as closely as possible. All the lessons and exercises intertwine to create a coherent learning path animated by a television series (exclusive to SUP des RH ). Thanks to this new playful and immersive approach, no more PDFs, you will learn while having fun!
You will be able to use all the tools and adapt them to the needs of each employee and HR department. Very operational, this training will allow you to be recognized as an employee capable of managing any type of HR file (legal, training, skills, etc.)
After this training, you will be able to occupy all HR positions requiring autonomy and perspective. You can choose from:
- Become the right hand of an SME manager on the entire HR side,
- Specialize in one of the HR functions (recruitment, training, payroll, etc.) within a large group.
- Become a consultant in an HR firm, a recruitment firm or HRIS
- ...
- Or, pursue a Masters in “ Human Resources Development Manager ”.
Available face-to-face or remotely (adapted for our students abroad):
To give access to all students, we have developed this title in person in Paris but also remotely to train in the provinces or abroad. In face-to-face, two intakes per year (September and February) are possible initially or one intake per year (October) alternately.
At a distance, the courses are given in blended-learning (50% platform + 50% virtual class) and the training is available on a work-study basis or under student status.

The SUP des RH series immerses the learner in the heart of a company in order to discover all the HR concepts that he will see during his course: an opportunity to discover in a fun way the different elements seen in class and to better understand the world of business. You will follow a young HR manager in all her missions and setbacks... Educational and humorous, an episode will reward your work at the end of each validated chapter. This course is available on the CRH title both remotely and face-to-face.

- You evolve in the company KENED, a Breton cosmetics company, as HR Manager. The environment and the collaborators are made real thanks to a series of 89 episodes produced exclusively by SUP des RH
- All the lessons are associated to recreate professional situations as close as possible to the reality on the ground and thus give meaning to your learning. For example: you recruit a collaborator, write his contract, organize his integration, carry out his DUE, then at the end of the month his first payslip. Recruitment, law and pay are intertwined like in real professional life!
- The right to make mistakes: a real philosophy at SUP des RH . No more stress of continuous checks, all intermediate tests only serve as positioning and can be repeated: Test and Learn method.

It is made up of 7 skill blocks, which allow you to validate the title "Human Resources Officer:
- Block 1: Development and monitoring of HR management tools
- Block 2: Application of individual social law
- Block 3: Contribution to the animation of social dialogue
- Block 4: Management of skills and career paths
- Block 5: Recruitment and integration of employees
- Block 6. Management of vocational training
- Block 7. Payroll and social obligations management
Assessment methods
Examinations:
Each block is validated by an exam carried out on a computer station with access to lessons and the Internet. The candidate is put in a professional situation in order to validate the acquired skills. Obtaining the title requires the successful completion of all the blocks.
A title validation committee, made up of professionals and the school management, studies all files and decides on those who have not obtained sufficient results to obtain the title after the catch-ups.
